Welcome to Happy Kids! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our kids' party planning services in Kenya.
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “Company” means Happy Kids, registered in Kenya.
- “Client” refers to any person or organization using our services.
- “Services” include kids’ party planning, entertainment, rentals, catering, and coordination.
- “Event” refers to the party or celebration arranged through us.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance is due at least immediately after the set up.
- Payment options include M-Pesa, bank transfers, and online gateways provided on our site.
- Bookings are confirmed only after 50% deposit is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- No refund.
- Events canceled due to force majeure may be rescheduled without additional charges.
4. Scope of Services
We offer themed party setup, games, entertainers, and catering depending on your selected package. We reserve the right to modify details in response to weather or safety concerns.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information about the venue, guest count, and other requirements.
- Children must be supervised by adults. We are not liable for unsupervised children.
- Clients are responsible for damages caused to our equipment or rental items.
6. Safety & Liability
- All entertainers are vetted and trained to handle kids professionally.
- We comply with Kenyan safety standards and laws relevant to children’s events.
- We are not liable for accidents caused by third-party negligence or misuse of our setups.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, photos, and content used in our events or on our website remain the property of Happy Kids and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect personal data only to manage your booking and occasionally send promotional updates. We adhere to the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 and will not share your information without consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be settled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
